Third time in 6 months my truck has done this. I started it up and driving today, try to make a phone call and realize my car is not connected to the vehicle. I got into the vehicle settings, and only one of my two phones is present and my primary phone is no longer stored in the vehicle. I tried to connect to the second phone and the device disappeared from the screen and I no longer had any phones to select.
I had to reprogram the phones back into the vehicle.
Third time this has happened. My radio was replaced over the summer due to another issue.
Any ideas?
