Help Pairing My Phone to Bluetooth

2014 Denali. Stock Radio/Nav/XM
For some reason my phone always takes forever to pair to my Yukon. Other car is fast and good.
Today I did "something" on the phone that deleted my pairing. It's an android Samsung Galaxy.

It's been so long since I paired this thing I don't remember where to start on the vehicle side
I do not have an owners manual either

Thank You !! I found a video on youtube as well that I'm going to try
as soon as I can. I just couldn't remember the first step, which is to
hit the phone button talk on the steering wheel !!!!!!
