Have a 2023 Yukon Denali with 6.2 and about 10,000 miles, the other day when accelerating onto highway was coasting on on-ramp and went to accelerate and got a loud bang felt like from the driveline/rearend. Loud and hard enough thought had blown up the rearend, but then seemed to drive ok. Initially seemed to not want to upshift but after a mile or two seemed normal again and no issue since then.

Any thoughts?

I dont know what it was, however i would have stopped and looked things over. Tires, spare, oil pan. Transmission, fluids, rear end, driveshaft. Id also have gotten it into the dealer to get checked out. Its possible you drove over something, but you had acceleration issues right after, so something happened. Do you have 4wd? Might be something in the transfer case.
