My wife and I purchased a 2024 Yukon XL AT4 in Nov, 2024. This forum was greatly helpful in deciding wheel specs to achieve the desired look we wanted. We installed AT4W 35x11.5 tires on Fuel 20x9 20mm offset wheels. This truck is an air ride model so we purchased links from Edgy Mods. Once the tires and wheels, along with the links, were installed we had rubbing on the front and back sides of the wheel liners. The Wescott Designs liner brackets were installed which took care of the back sides of the wheel liners. The front of the liners were addressed yesterday. Here's a photo with the liner removed on our truck:
We needed to create some tire clearance but did not want to trim the liner, we want to keep it looking as factory as possible. Here's the structure roughly trimmed up:
This was cleaned up but allowed the liner to still be secured from the bottom without trimming. I don't think anyone would ever see the difference now that it's finished:
This gave us enough clearance for the tire to fully turn both directions without rubbing and allowed room for suspension travel.
