Tires only have 4k miles on them! Wheels have the same mileage these are brand new rims and tires.
They are a friend of mines and he wants to sell them for $1100 he bought them for $2100.

Honestly, I think the wheel look cheap. He will be luck to get anywhere more than $1100.
