22 inch wheels

I have a 2021 Tahoe LS - looking to put 22inch Wheels. What would the recommended wheel specs and tire size.
Some say offset +28, in other places I see +25.

any insights here would be appreciated. Thank you

Forget what folks might "recommend" -- just look up the specs on the actual OEM 22s.
