Not trying to be a dick or rain on anyones parade but I'm failing to see why this is such an "amazing deal"....

Wheels are 1150 new....Tires are $160 each...TPMS you can get for $50 for a set...mount and balance $40...So all in new you're lookin at $1850...so $150 off for a used set with 10% of the tread gone??? $1500 is fair....$1400 or below is cheap IMO

Wheels $1150
Tires (Nitto 420s 305/40/22) are $200/ea +/-
Sensors - $100 set per eBay ($50/set is rare, if u can find them for that, let me know, I need a few sets)
Mount and Balance -$40??? Runs around $100-200 down here in FL and when I lived in NC
Lugs - $50.00

This is a great deal. Sure, if you wanna bargain shop and try to find some cheap tires and a set of sensors for the low, and have a friend mount and balance them, you can get it for a good price. BUT... not everyone has these connections or the time to shop around.

Tires are $163 each on onlinetires.com which discount or tirerack will price match.

Sensors at $100...I'll give you that one. I guess I just got mine for a steal.

Mount and Balance - Walmart or any mom and pop tire shop will do $40..in TX atleast

Lugs....forgot about those...

I was well under $2k for my set and I didn't take the time to bargain shop. Just took a print off from onlinetires.com and had discount price match. Had tires in stock. Didn't pay shipping (would have to on the used set if not local...that runs $150-200 minimum...I've seen sets ship for $400 depending on weight and distance)...

I'd be willing to bet he'd take $1500 or won't get much more than $1500 if he wants them gone. Unfortunately used shit is used shit and it depreciates no matter how nice they are

Dude I got 'Mount and balance' done around where I'm at and it's 20-40 PER TIRE. Definitely agree with SS on that... that's a 200 savings... and please post a link to the $50 TPMS sensors because i'll buy that right now for that price!!

My nitto cost 823. After tax. My shop we charge 60 bucks all tores. But you also have to figure, some places charge a over size fee for larger tires. Some even charge for wheel weights.7

on know this is a lil off-topic, but hell, it is my thread and the wheels look to be sold...

BUT...

To mount and balance a 24" Tire down here, all four, is $250 and includes Nitrofill. Crazy that its JUST labor and a few weights and some air, lol. But, those machines are pricey and times are tough, u want custom wheels, u gotta pay!!

There's absolutely no way I'm letting friggin Walmart touch my ride for anything! :nono: I, too, think that the deal was a good deal no matter how you cut it assuming you're getting good quality tires, too.

I'm not sure why you guys are discussing someone's price point on their 'for sale' thread?

This is his price, if you think it's too high either negotiate or pass ... either way if one isn't interested in purchasing what is for sale it's bad form and useless to come onto their thread telling them your opinion, lest you do that for every vendor who sells their products too high on the internets.

Let whomever sell what they want to sell at the price they want to ... if they don't sell then they will either keep the product or lower the price.
