I would understand the hydroplaning on the road if there were puddles of standing water, but this is happening with just a light drizzle. The tires check out to be good in wet pavement, they have a good tread pattern for water removal.

I am going with the fact the load of my equipment I carry is causing high instability because of the top heavy feel. The Wheels concern me that they cannot handle this extra weight.
