24" rims offset question

I am getting 24's on my 2001 Tahoe stock height and the answer i want to know is what offset i should go with i think 30.. But the question i have is when i go to lower it will that affect how flush it is or will it still stay flush once lowered?? Plz help want to put my order in ASAP!!

+15 to +30 is what you want with 24x10
