2500 HD tie rod linkages for Tahoe?

Has anyone adapted the 2500 HD tie rods ends, etc. to a Tahoe?

Also, are Moog parts worth the money? They don't look much larger than stock but I am sure anything is better than stock ... just don't know if I should save for an aftermarket solid tie rod set-up from the likes of CST or something.

Have not done the adaption myself but Moog is worth every penny IMO just look around on line (Amazon is one) for better pricing then local stores.
