285-50-22 gonna fit?

I got a great deal on them and bought them without doing enough research. Do you guys think they are going to fit with a stock 2x4 suspension. Its a 2010 Tahoe. If not this wonderful mother's day gift is going to go up in flames!! If not what do you think are my cheapest options on getting them under the truck?

What a relief!! No not with those tires, might change tires out this summer and then lower it to level it out. Really glad they are going to fit as is!!

Ok, tried them on. They fit however cannot turn the wheels without them rubbing and that is with no body movement. So for the record 285-50-22 will not work on a stock suspension.

So on that note....I need to get new tires. I am thinking 285-45-22 or 295-40-22. Price is no factor. I am just wondering what the best tire on the market is. She does alot of highway traveling and would like some good miles out of whatever we get. Weather is not really a factor here in Nevada. We have great weather about 360 days a year. Miles and ride are #1 and #2 on the list of priorities.

Cant even turn the wheel all the way without it hitting the back bad. And like I said that is just sitting in the driveway. Really sucks, so now she just wants to get new tires instead of installing a leveling kit or anything like that.

im suprised i run 285/45/22 and im lowered and i rub only in Reverse. What rim are you using? Oem or aftermarket? Do you know the backspacing or offset?

Something doesn't sound right ... I'm on 285/45/22s at stock height and I got plenty of room to spare.

Mine is a 4x4 but I can't imagine that makes that much difference ... consider me puzzled.
