Lovin the stance and how much those 295s fill the wheel wells. Makes me miss my snowflakes too. Looks great

Thank you, I've been pretty happy with the size, more than likely will run the same when these wear out.

Are those Xenarc x2020 headlights in your Tahoe? If so where in the heck did you find a surviving set?

Thanks! By steering geometery do you mean is steering wheel still straight? Yes.

Front CV shafts aren't straight due to lift but they aren't terrible and I've put on 5k+ miles with the lift without any issues.

Of course if you lift the front or even crank your stock keys you will need an alignment.

I have had 265/70/17 (stock 31.7), 285/70/17 (32.7) and now 285/70/17 (33.3).

My burb has 3:73 gears which help with the larger tire size. I think GM went to 3:42 in 2005+ for better fuel economy which I don't think that helped.

I like the performance, especially around town and on the highway it doesnt have to downshift as much with the stock tire size. Definately like the look of the larger tires but 285/70/17 (32.7") is my favorite size. I have the 295's because they were a great deal. No rubbing at all with 285 but even with the lift I get rubbing with the 295 but only in the rear. I haven't reveresed and turned hard to see if it rubs in the front but normal driving no issues.

Tire pressure, I run 48 - 50psi for the larger tires. I was running 55 but that was too stiff. These are load range E tires so the ride stiff even at lower pressures and are rated at 80psi max.
