2nd row removal?

Hi, Im trying to remove the 2nd row seat to fit a couch in the car and folding the seat wont work. I need to remove them completely. is it a simple process? I removed the 3rd row seat easily. but now I want the second one removed.

There is a number of bolts that attach to the floor. You will have to remove various plastic covers. Also there are two bolts that attach the two seats to each other on the rear leg.

It will take some time to remove them.
