The 2nd row bench seat shoulder belt of 02 Hoe is pulled out all the way and won't retract back in, any ideas or suggestions on how to fix?? Thanks!

You can try to wiggle it loose but it is a sealed unit. Seatbelt failure sucks. I had to replace one in my second row. Dealer price was about $70. Labor was simple. The quarter panel is just pressed in with clips. Small price to pay for the safety of my passengers.

Thanks, DCT. Local dealer quoted same $70 for the new shoulder belt so that's now on my 'to do' list.

Thats a fair price. The install is straightforward. The door rubber weatherstrip pulls off and then the rear quarter panel can be pulled off. You don't have to fully remove either one, just enough so you have room to work. The bottom anchor is a torx and regular bolts for the anchor point behind the panel.

Perfect, thanks for the quick tutorial - very helpful!

I have the same issue for the middle seat of 2nd row. How would I repair that?
