installed the lift blocks and spacers. Stage one is done. Stage two is spindles, shackle flip and longer springs.

Hey, that is a sweet looking truck. I got a 2WD myself and I really havent had much problems off road other than sand. And when I get to sand I air down my rear tires to about 10 PSI and no problems then!! I havent tackled snow though!!! lol! It dont snow here in Texas thanks God!!!

As far as traction, I suggest you get a locking differential such as a Detroit locker, or a Powertrax Lockright locker, which is what I got in mine. The factory G80's in some trucks are not the best for extreme off road or durabilty!! My G80 went out and nearly took my trans with it!!! For what you have said, eitgher you have an open diff or your G80 is toast if equipped on your 'Hoe. Just check the parts info sticker in your glovebox and if it says "G80" then ur truck does have it. My setup is 3" springs with 3" blocks and I have 33x12.50x15's on 15x10 steelies.

If you have any other questions, lemme know....

i realized both rear wheels spin so its limited slip for sure. But im never taking it offroad so its all street driven. Im not worried about full suspension travel or anything. just looks. Im probably ordering 4 inch spindles tomorrow. But i noticed the spring spacers raise it MORE THAN 3 INCHES!!! now my 2 inch blocks are to low for the front lol

Add an extra leaf (or two, or three) in the rear pack. Not only will it lift the rear end up (I got 3" with 3 leaves in mine), but it'll also stiffen the rear pack, make it a bit more stable at speed through turns. My "packed" '96 on 285's handles much better than my buddy's stocker with 265/70/17's.....
