just bought the djm 3/5 drop w/belltech sp shocks (big thanks to Godoy) and looking for any advice i can get for the install. seems pretty straight forward, just a little confused on the front...
1) do i need to unload the torsion bars to get the arms out/in, or can you just jack up under the arms?
2) im 4x4, so i need to remove the big axle nut right, or is that just for spindles?
3) for tire clearance issues, just heat up the plastic and beat it out... no cutting really necessary?
4) also got the rear hardware kit and doing the free travel mod, with helper bags do i really need to run the pancake bumpstops?

ive been reading up as much as i can and cannot, for the life of me, find a write up on this install. i know its not a big deal, just wanna be as prepared as possible

*also a big thanks to tony for answering all my newbish questions about what fits and what doesnt

1) Yes you have to unload them and slip out bar from lower A arm.
2) You shouldn't have to take off nut for jusr lower A arms.
3) That's what I did.
4) I would have them just in case.

Had the exact same rim and tire combo just in chrome.

How mine came out on my old truck

Rear was closer to 6" due to 500lbs system. the front are adjustable just dont go more than 2" up or down with the keys.

DO THIS NOW FREE TRAVEL MOD

http://djmsuspension.com/tech-support/free-travel-really/

its much easier with truck now since a lot more space.

2nd when you put the rear endlinks in drive around block with the nut just snug on there and then torque the links to 30lbs with weight of truck on them

In front a arms you can adjust the stock keys to get it where you want it to sit once you drive it with it all installed.

In rear upper shock bolt i flip around so it wont contact the tire (depending on your offset)

If you need helper bags hit me up I have the part number so you can put those in and be done with it if you load it.

Thanks for all your help tony. The kit I bought came with the helper bags already in the springs. I just picked up the spohn panhard bar earlier this morning so I think ive got all my bases covered atm

So I can do the free travel mod first without tearing anyanything apart? I just assumed it would be easier while I had the rear end apart
