I installed a McGaughy's 3/5 kit and I'm not satisfied with the rake it left me with. I have the keys cranked all the way up to try to get it close to level but as you can see, it's not. With another 1" or more lower in the back, I could crank the keys down a tad and get closer to a 4/6. Would it be better to cut a coil and install helper bags or buy the tbss coils? By the way, these McGaughy's springs ride rough...

Looks good, but it does have a little rake. Thats what I'm afraid of when I lower mine, but I'm going to get the TBSS springs.

What wheels are those? And what size tires? Looks really clean though

I'm guessing you've got keys/spindles up front and the axle relocating kit and coils in the rear. Did you do the free travel mod? If not, this could be holding the truck up a little and it will def make for a poor ride. I have the same kit and I installed the TB coils to get a little lower. What are your ground to fenderlip measurements?

Thanks...they are 22" U2-55 wheels and 305/40/22 tires. Yes it is spindles/keys front and springs in the rear with the free travel mod done.

When you get a chance, shoot those measurements to us. I would recommend either using the TB coils or getting the BellTech 5305 springs and trimming those to get where you want. Both will ride better. I believe Tony (NorcalSS) carries both springs and can get you squared away.

if you want a better ride in front down the road trust me teh djm 3 inch lower a arm and shocks will ride better and you will get full turning radius back.

in rear belltech rear shocks and trailblazer springs or if you want to get lower the 5305 kit cut will get you low and ride good.

Same wheels I was looking at. I wish I could have got a white yukon, they look so damn good.

Good luck getting the stance worked out

Thanks for the help guys...I did notice I lost my turning radius when I added these spindles. My wife's not happy about that. How much for the a arms/shocks in the front and the belltech or tbss setup? By the way, I don't still have my stock spindles to put back on...

What would be the best rear springs to get for ride quality and get me a little lower?...or should I cut mine and add a helper bag? Thx for your help!
