3" body lift how much tire can I run?

Ok so my current tires are in pretty decent shape but, chrome is peeling pretty bad. I'm not particularly fond of the wheel style anyway so I figured why spend the money to have them dipped rather than just get a new set that I actually like.

I'd like to go with a 20"x10"-12" wheel but , I am wondering with just the 3" body lift what is the tallest/widest I can go with out rubbing somewhere??
To me it seems like I could go quite a bit taller than the 285/65/18 I have now but with a taller wider wheel what kind of options do I have?

I have a 3" BL on my 04 Z71 an I run 305 16s on a 8.5" wide wheel with almost stock back spacing... I can tell you with almost 100% assurity, a 10" wide wheel with 305's is gonna rub... So Id look at 285s.

The 285/65/18s I have now are on an 8.5 with just about stock back spacing. I have no issues and feel like if I were to go with a wider deeper wheel I may be able to get a little taller tire. I'm not thinking like 35" boggers or anything just a little more meat.lol
