3 inch body lift tow bar solution

I have a 2002 yukon with a 3 inch body lift. the rear bumper is flush with the body, but the tow bar is still at the same height as before.... its ugly. i was thinking about making a rear bumper with stronger brackets and welding a tube on it so i can tow with it. also the spare tire is visible.... its also ugly. i was just wondering if anyone had any other solutions to this problem. also had an idea of taking diamond plated sheet metal and filling in the gap between the tow bar and the rear bumper, and also hiding the spare tire. anyone got any ideas? thanks!
