You might have minimal rubbing on tight turns and hills. I have my keys turned all the way up and still occasionally get a bit of rubbing (though it's usually at some funky angle or something).

Mike, he's talking about the torsion bar adjusting bolt. You turn them counterclockwise to lower the truck and clockwise to lift it. If you tackle this yourself, make sure the vehicle weight is off the wheel or wheels you are adjusting.

If you look under your truck at the back of the front doors, you'll see a beam that runs across the truck from left to right. There will be nothing but two bolts, one close to the driver side and one close to the passenger side. Those bolts adjust the keys, which in turn adjust your torsion bars. I'll snap a pic for you later today while I'm under mine.
