Have a 11 LS 4X4 Tahoe with 265/70/17's . Want to go to a 20" rim with 315/50/20s.The 20's are one inch taller and 2" wider that the 17's presently on the Tahoe. Question is will the 315/50/20's fit ?

If you have stock ride height then you will need a lift for that size tire. There has been some guys with a leveling kit and a lot of trimming that fit some 35s under their trucks but like I said a lot of trimming. Not sure what road you're looking at going but more info on your set up would help with answering your question.

The Tahoe is a stocker. Just looking to go from 17" to 20" wheel. What tire is on the stock 20" rim from GM ?
