Guys,

I'm waiting to mount my 3.5" Rough Country lift until I get the Tires and Wheels to mount. My question is will 33x12.5's mount on an aftermarket rim without scrubbing? I've got 3 rim offsets to work with (12, 0, and -12) which one would be the best option to reduce the possibility of scrubbing?

0 offset with 33s on a 3.5 lift shouldn't rub, but if you're worried about it -12 helps the issue with bigger lift/wheel combos. They'll stick out of the wheel wells noticeably though.
P.s Roll tide. :'D

I ended up getting -12 offset. Now...I'm kind of leaning towards a 2.5" lift in the front, leaving the rear stock. Any way this would clear 12.5's?

Actually it MIGHT rub. 12.50" is really pushing it. I got a 4/3 leveling kit and supports up to a 11.50 and since I have 33X12.50R22 it still rubs @ full lock. Also I would go with the post positive offset :imo:

Well, I ended up going with a -12 offset and they currently scrub but I haven't leveled the front yet. I'm hoping with a 2.5" level in front, I can clear 275/65r20. Anyone had any experience with this size? Or would I be best going with a 275/60 ?

Mine are the stock rims with 275/65/20 on the CCM kit, they don't rub but i cut the wheel wells in the front. But with the -12 offset I imagine they would rub. you might have to bump it back up to the 3.5 rough country kit. Either way, I wanna see it because I'm currently debating getting a brush guard and seeing one on a leveled tahoe like might just push me over the edge.

For a quick check just jack the front up and check for rubbing. IMO it will still rub with a level kit. Just get the amount of lift you want and trim.

Its probably still going to rub but I'm probably going to go with a 2.5" lift in the front versus the back. Just hard to pay $500 for an extra inch (that's what she said haha) and I eventually would like to go with a 5" lift once my daughter gets a little older and it isn't such a pain getting her in and out of a car seat.

Black rims with the chrome side moulding look a little off. Either black out the chrome or color match it. Or just take the mouldings off altogether and sell them to me bc I'm looking for a set! :)
