finally after 3 weeks i got the new skins on the GT. i got called to pull my friend out of the drainage ditch on a steep snowy/muddy road on the weekend and almost got stuck myself so i went into debt and got the new tires yesterday. TOYO OPEN COUNTRY M/T 35x13.5x15.THIS IS A SIK LOOKIN TIRE!!. my truck is a good 2" taller! these things just tear up the mud!! i went on a quick hunt before work yesterday and they just chew through the slop!
finally after painting the frame/inner fenders, new headlights, signals, corners, removing the old light bar,tires..its starting to feel like "MINE".

I'm not a fan of anything Toyo. (They look sweet thou)

Michelin, Bridgestone, Goodyear are all safe beats for high quality rubber. Michelin is the best in my opinion, they used to be the only company who produces passenger grade tires to commercial standards.

im gonna make a little 30sec video in a day or 2.i have 9 days off right now!! to go hunting!! this thing throws mud chunks the size of melons!! alot of people here run the TOYO tires. we have a very clay based mud here and its always pretty thick, especially now with little skiffs of snow on top of the mud.by 11 in the morning its all soft and messy. so ill post it in a few days when i find a good spot!! on a side note i got a pioneer mp3 deck today too.hell yeah! 50$ from a guy at work!

Man those look awesome!

Going to put the same tire on my 07 Duramax.

They look awesome, have great tread life, and are made in the USA, WHATS NOT TO LOVE??

No more BF goodrich for me, they wear out too quickly.

just another pic of the truck with the clear lights and tires..not a fan of the BFG or GOODYEAR had them both on my 91 blazer and just didnt seem to last. although the GOODYEAR have a very similar tread pattern. i found the rubber to be too soft..just what i found.
