3rd Row Malfunction

Hi, everyone.
I'm having an issue with the 3rd row 60 side latches not actuating in the up or down position. The up/down drive motor is all that is functioning.
The 40 side operates as it should. While pushing up or down the latch actuator pulls the two cables to unlatch the lock then the drive motor moves the seat to the desired position then latches into place.
It seems that the 60 side could be in an in between state where a position sensor doesn't call to latch or unlatch.
I'm hoping someone here knows remedy for problem.

Do you have the ability to remove the bottom cover from both sides to take a look? It may be just a loose cable or gear.

Thanks for the reply. I think I'm going to make time next week to dig into it.
