Hello Everyone,
My 2015.5 Yukon Denali is going in on monday for some custom sound work. The third Row is being removed to add a custom enclosure that will hold Three 10 inch JL Subwoofers And a Mosconi AS line amp will be in the floor to match with carpet and all. The enclosure will be flat in the rear to be level with the rear storage compartment. The factory headunit will remain because i dont want to disturb the factory look. I will keep you all posted on the progress as it happens!

Looking forward to see how it goes. Curious how they will handle the noise cancellation with the Denali Bose system.

This should be interesting the shop that is doing the work is called Toy Motorsports in Marlborough Massachusetts they do some amazing work that is for sure! Anyone in the Massachusetts area that is interested in having anything done to there vehicle should check them out from tint to whole builds. I had a whole system done for the Boss 302 and it was killer.

i plan to do similar thing in my 2016 tahoe. but two 8" JL W7's. i plan to have them mounted vertical facing each other about 6" apart with the opening towards the front. it may rise a few inches above factory floor level but not positive how much depth is gained after the third row is out. please post pics and width and height dimensions of the sub box please

The baby went in today, i went ahead and took the liberty of removing the third row out of the truck prior to sending it in. That was easy to do, a few bolts, and wires to be unplugged. The construction as far as i know starts today. So keep an eye out on here. Ill be posting pictures as much as they send me

Awesome man! I was thinking of throwing an 8" or 10" Sub in my 2016 Tahoe so I can enjoy to my old 2Live Crew cd's:chewie:Not sure where I can put it without removing anything. Maybe underneath the middle seat of the 2nd row? I do have Aftermarket speakers and a 4 channel amp right now. I did notice with this upgrade, when my gain knob is turned up how I like it to be, the door chime and the blinker clicks are stupid loud. It kinda sucks but my music is always turned up when I'm driving so I don't hear the blinkers too much. I wish there was something I can do to eliminate the noise without having to readjust my amp everytime. It is what it is I guess. Good luck on your upgrade. Let us know how it looks and sounds with a youtube video

There has to be a way to disable that chime or turn it down i would look into having that done. Im obsessive with making sure things are right. I will certainly let you all know how it is when its completed. Supposedly the word is it will be done friday, but im having a little doubt it will be done by then. I suppose time will tell! keep ya all posted!

just an update for everyone,
My truck as expected is not quite completed yet. The estimate is by Monday or Tuesday per the Toy Motorsports :(. Getting sick of this rental car. (not as good as the Denali) As i anxiously wait for the finished product, I will keep you all posted. Curious do you guys think red or white lights will look better im kind of in a toss up they will surround the subwoofer enclosure.
