Hey guys. I am planning on doing the 411 swap in my 99. I have the pin-outs from Lextech. It seems pretty simple. I'm just wondering if anyone has issues specific to our trucks that I should be aware of.

Thanks

I just did mine last week.

When you repin the 2 connectors, you wont notice till you go to plug them into the pcm that one is supossed to be upside down. This can cause a problem if you have to twist the connector but you dont have enough slack.

In other words, check the connector orientation as it would go into the pcm as you repin. I think the top one is upside down.

Thanks for that. Are there any issues with the AC or grounding pins. Most of what I have read elsewhere seem to concern issues with LS based vehicles.

I got a 0411 PCM from Lextech . He programmed my tire size, disabled rear 02's, Vats, upped the speed limiter, and installed the calibration file for my 99 hoe with my VIN. The pcm, including connectors and shipping was $120.
