Too many variables, such as driver skill level, tires, open or limited slip, ability to transfer weight to power tire.
My old s-blazer would go places in 2wd I wouldn't be able to get to with my Tahoe in 2wd. But the tahoe is steadier in snow on the highway probably because of the increased wheelbase and more street friendly tires vs the blazers bias ply swampers. So it is really subjective,
