1996 Tahoe 4wd, 5.7L. 215,000 miles. Had a stuck in 3 trans issue. Dropped pan, had quite a bit of small metal fines, but miles are high. Size wise, maybe a couple quarters in size of metal. Operating solenoids using snapon electronics, they seem to activate. Going to remove them next and repeat where I can see the piston activate.

Do I finish the flush and run it again? Thinking this may be something else, clutch pack?
I will collect torque converter / radiator cooler flush fluid and search fo metal again when I flush that half of system.

Isn't P1860 a torque converter clutch code?
Careful with flushes, sometimes a flush can drive contaminants INTO someplace they don't belong ...
