4l60e upgrades?

My 4l60 took a dump yesterday, tracked one down with 85k miles, want to get it in this weekend. Are there any simple upgrades that I should do while I'm there?

how much is the tranny id have it rebuilt with sage 2 shift kit and vette servo

Pull pan,
install magnetic drain
Check or change shift solenoids. look for burs and any wear on the piston heads
Change to the aluminum pinless forward accumulator piston.

Install the vette servo
Billet 4th gear apply piston and cover.
If you get frisky, pull the valve body and check the steel plate to see if the check balls are pushing their way through it.

Called lkq to purchase the used one for$750 and ended up buying the remans they sell for $1300. 3 year unlimited mileage warranty.
