Geez, my diff fluid was pretty clean until near 50k when I changed it. Very little metal shavings. I even take it off-road a few times a month.

Just curious for the diff fluid, what did they replace it with? BTW I used Mobile synthetic for the diffs and OEM fluid for the transfer case.

Standard Mobil synthetic 75/90 in the diffs, and ATF fluid in the T-case. I am very surprised yours was clear-almost seems hardly possible?!?!? considering the black coffee color I found.

I changed diff fluids in the SUVs I have owned and they were always good to at least 30k depending on off-road conditions. I am very surprised that at 6k your fluids were so bad. I live in a much colder climate (assuming you are in Miami) and wonder if that played a large role.
