4x4 problem

I have researched this for the past week and can't find much info, besides a lot of people having this problem. My 4h and 4l lights on my dash flash when going into 4h or 4l, when in 2wd the light stays solid. Both my 4h and 4L engage but can't figure out why the lights blink. I just changed out the transfer case switch and checked the fluid. And still have the blinking lights. Any ideas??

In my owners manual it mentioned the lights would do this when you first shift into 4wd. The lights flash until the unit shifts completely into gear.
