1997 tahoe, push button 2hi, 4hi, 4lo.
Problem - 4hi light non-stop blinking, does not engage front axle.
Symptoms - 4low engages low speed tranfer case as it should, but it light still blinks and does not engage front axle
Solution tried - Replaced thermal front axle actuator with new motorized version. I can physically hear the the actuator motor when I press 4hi.
Checked fuses for transfer case and 4wd, they are fine
Note:I hooked up the old thermal actuator directly to the battery and it extended.
No idea what the problem could be if the front actuator seems to be working Please help!
