5.3 swap

I mean with mine having 200,000 i wasinterested also just as a backup plan. If my motor went out i would upgrade to a newer engine i.e the 5.3. But not looking to do it imediately. Just heard that the 350 with that many mile can be a little dangerous on puking.

I've got 225k in my daily sms aside from some oil leaks she's a good running truck, aside from the engine swap though, you have to keep in mind the condition of the rest of the vehicle. Is the transmission going to hold up? What's the overall condition of the body frame and suspension? My 5.3 swap is going hand in hand with enough r&r to build a new truck
