5 speed standard Tahoe? PLease help fast.

I have owned, driven and sold 4 1993-1994 2 doors. Paid very little for them at government auction. I changed wheels, grill, tinted the windows and tripled my money!

Here's some info I found on another website from someone who had worked at GM:

"1995 was the last year you could get a 5-speed in a 2 door Tahoe. Albeit a NV3500, but at least it was a manual. I worked at GM in Detroit in vehicle sales, service and marketing during this time frame and had exposure to the production numbers back then which was less than 1,000 5 speeds in 1995 for Tahoe’s."

From that same site comes a well built 2 door with the factory NV3500 swapped out for an NV4500:

Thanks for all of the info guys... I am officially hooked on the 2 door, It has always been my favorite SUV and I have alwasy dreamed of owning one. This one was sold before I got there...

I am in the market for a 4x4, I live in South East Texas so the closest major craigslist is Houston, any other good places to look in this area?

Good luck, I know around my neck of the woods, they are getting harder and harder to find. Now, looking for a 5spd model is almost as hard as finding a needle in a hay stack.
Your best bet is to do a swap. You will benefit most from doing it this way.
