Any takers on why OBD would throw bank 1 and 2 rich and lean conditions on all 4 sensors?

Im thinking Intake leak
All 4 sensors seem to be reading properly

Input would be much appreciated

Throw a code reader on it an watch fuel trims under various conditions to see when it’s rich and when it’s lean. Also, check fuel pressure.

If you have amazon prime or any other place with free returns just order new MAF. Could be a fuel pressure, fuel delivery problem or vacuum leak.
