6" Fog lights behind grill

Has anyone mounted 6" fog lights behind the grill on their Yukon or Tahoe? I purchased these HID fog lights and was going to weld an extension piece on the bracket that runs parallel to the radiator and mount them on that. I was curious if anyone else has done or attempted this mod. Thanks

I've seen it done on a NBS and it looked bad ass. But I haven't seen it on a NNBS

I am picturing it in my head behind the grill I am currently using and I know it will look sick, it's just making sure the support beam I mount them too will handle the weight, not the lightest off road lights.
