I want to get a 6 inch lift for my 1999 Chevy Tahoe z71 but I don’t really like how the rough country one looks. What are some other 6 in lifts out there that you guys use?

Full throttle makes the best looking one in my opinion but pro comp and skyjacker has the control arm drops if it’s 4wd idk about the knuckles but I know on a 2wd you can get lift spindles for it because of the upper control arm being dropped already and you can pick it up to 9-12” with decent angles still I personally had a pro comp 6” picked up to 9” on my old 93

The Silverado lifts should be the same for the Tahoe are they not? Don’t you have leaf springs in the rear of that rig? If so they use the same lifts as the Silverados do

Fts has about the best looking lifts for the obs trucks in my opinion and as long as you don’t want nothing flashy a basic black Powdercoat with the basic shocks run like 1800$ I think but the ride and angles are better then the rough country but rough country also makes a good kit for the obs trucks the newer ones not so much

I was looking at a skyjacker lift kit but I noticed it said “98-99 models steering modification required” does anyone know what exactly that means?
