8 Ohm-4 Ohm Speakers

Just curious, is there a way to wire those speakers to get to 8 ohms? Parallel etc? Should I?

(2) 4 ohm speakers in series would be 8 ohms so you'd have to add a second set. But I don't know of any amp or HU that works well with 8 ohms. 4 or 2, yes but not 8.

Most (if not all) aftermarket car audio products are 4 ohms or lower. Home audio products use 8 ohms by default.
