so i added power and ground run diagrams for you in a pdf below since you said the fuses are good and a switch made no difference. you will want to look at the g1-- and g2-- ground connections.

can you also try something else please...

get a test light or meter and test for voltage on all the **** fuses using the body as a ground nearest the indoor fuse panel. put the positive side of probe on both sides of each fuse. if all have juice do the same to the fuses, using the same good ground, that apply to the systems that are down with the key in on or accy. post the results. from the looks of the diagrams if it was a minor ground point you should still have more systems knocked out. the test request above will help isolate the point of failure.

I did what you said and both fuses have power. So I decided to try something I powered the brown wire from the ignition switch with a jumper wire with 12 volts and the everything worked. So im guessing that the new ignition switch is faulty also?
Before this problem the hvac would work only up to the third level of the fan and I couldnt switch the vents or adjust the temp. When I jumped the brown wire everything worked on the hvac.

can you do the same but this time use both red wires going into the switch from the power box as the power source please. both connections are hot at all times. let me know how it goes. i just want to eliminate another cause.

When you say power box do you mean the fuse box on the side of the dash or in the hood? The wire I used to jump the power was from the ignition switch itself from where it connects to the ignition lock I took the cover off and one wire has power all the time and the other only when I turn the key.
