95 Yukon 4X4 2dr vibration question

I recently noticed a vibration at all speeds, but more noticable at slower speeds. Seems like it happens when I apply throttle, and not so much when I let off. I also hear the dreaded "clunk" going from R to D.

U-joints?!?!?

Any thoughts are welcomed!

U-joints, start there. grease the slip yoke while you are swaping out the u-joints too.
