96 2 door tahoe liftgate rattle?

I have a 96 2 door with liftgate. When I shut it I get two clicks on both sides but it still wobbles.since it doesnt shut solid the glass wobbles as well and the interior lights flicker off and on. Has anyone had the same problem and what was the fix. Could the mechanism inside the liftgate have play or gone bad or is there some adjustment im missing.thanks in advance

ive only had that problem when i didnt close it all the way. but i slam mine up, try that and see what happens.. also you can adjust the latches just like on your doors

Already tried wd40 and slamming the s#@$ out of it to no avail.how do u adjust the latches? Do you adjust each one individual per side or behind the panel?
