So i looked under again, remember where the spots were leaking and they are both connected to one part under the truck under the passenger side

You are not gonna want to tackle if it is a freeze/welch plug leaking. Even a trained tech hates doing these when the engine is in the vehicle. PITA most of the time. So many many times, other components have to be removed for access. I do local work here for $50 an hour or $30 for my American Legion buddies but for freeze/welch plugs I would charge $150 an hour.
