97 yukon stuck in 4lo

My Yukon was in 2hi and I couldn't get it into 4hi. I pushed the rocker switch back and forth and it went into 4lo. And stayed.
When I push on the 2hi button, the 4lo button lights up, but I can't get it into 4hi. I have tried neutral, park, turning it on and off, etc. Any ideas?

Have u tried it while in drive I know to put in 4lo it needs to be in Neutral

Unhook your batt for a few min
