If your cam and crank sensor was misaligned the pcm would throw a code at you about it. CEL light works right? As far as crank relearn a.k.a. CASE Relearn it is a 10 minute procedure at any dealer. They are two different procedures. If you do not have P1345 code do not change the cam/crank alignment.
