99 tahoe stock rims

I have a set of four of the stock rims from my 99 tahoe. No tires just the 4 rims along with the center disks and lugs. They have peeling and are not going to win beauty pagents. My intention was to put snow tires on them and use them all winter. Lets call it $80 or best offer
