99 won't start

So I cut out a remote starter from under the dash and now my truck wont stay running. Security light comes on then goes out like normal. It will roll over and start for one second then dies out. So what do I have to look for to fix this?
Also disconnected the negative battery terminal for 30 minutes and still the same result.

it may have had a kill module installed on the fuel pump. test its pressure throughout the starting process to find out.

Good on the pressure. I went back under the column and saw this small yellow wire that may be the culprit What is this for.....

Well whatever that wire is, that was the problem. It was spiced off to something I cut off from the remote start harness. Put the two ends back together and started right up.

that yellow wire if at ignition switch is part of the starting circuit.
