Update*****
I lowered the Freon pressure to the normal 45 and now the compressor will not kick on. Since this is so convoluted I'm going to start a new thread. Please use the new one. Thanks

So its acting very strange now. When I turn the A/C on the compressor will kick in for about 2 seconds stay off for about 5 seconds, then kick back on.
I hooked up my Freon gauge and this is what happens. The pressure starts at 35 then steadily climbs up to 70. Once the pressure hits 70 the compressor kicks on for 2 seconds and the pressure drops back down to 35.
This just repeats over and over. Still no cold air
I have a 2003 Yukon Xl with 130K. I took it to a shop today and they said the AC had zero freon and that could be the problem.
1. Freon: Charged the Freon up to around 35 PSI
2. Compressor: AC compressor IS NOT SPINNING. However, I can spin it freely by hand.
3. Fuses & Relay: Checked AC fuse and its suppose to be a 10 but it has been replaced by a 30. The 30 fuse is still good. Looked at the relay and it was pretty beat up, so I swapped the horn and the AC relay.
To me it looks like there's something preventing the AC compressor from getting turned on. If the compressor was fried and needed to be replaced wouldn't it be locked up?
How can I tell if the AC compressor switch is working? I have a multimeter if that helps!
