A/C - Heater Blower Assembly/Resistor

My 2004 GMC Yukon's front A/C, heater blower is on the blink; when on, it appears that it is receiving a regular electronic pulse; when the fan control is switched to on, it starts for 1/2 a second, then off for 1 second and back on for 1/2 and repeats. I'm wondering if it's the blower assembly or a resistor?

Access is so easy, just hoping to replace one of the two. Any suggestions? Many thanks1

I had a problem with my dual climate not working replaced the while head unit. the blender switch and all. Still didnt work. Dealer had to update computer. Said that sometimes it just stops working and has to be reset. Good luck, i dont seem to have any lol
