A/C Heater Control Unit has mind of it's own!!

How does a fellow get at the Heater Blower Control Switch? Do I have to chainsaw the dashboard in half or what? Thanks guys, you can see I can use a little help.

Just pull on the dash cover... its only clipped on. Then the control switch has little push tabs on each right and left side of it, push down, then pull.
