Another "auger" I found useful is brake cable (like from a bicycle) with the end twisted into a loop. This might break up and pull some of the crud that might be hiding up there. Good luck.

Ok - Ive now done it all. Ive put compressed air into the drain - pipe cleaeners, coat hangers - nothing works. If I create suction on the end of the hose - then water starts to come out - but no crud or any blockages seem to come out. Took it to a local mechanic. He couldnt find any blockage. My pass side floor is soaked. Ive got water sloshing around inside the a/c unit. Ive done all I can.

The truck is going to the dealer on Thursday....sigh

Update: Truck is back from dealer. They did all they could from the outside. No blockage was found. Truck goes back to dealer next week for complete evaporator dissassembly. 5 hours of labor is early estimate. this sucks...

i had the same problem. it was just a clogged drain tube
